3  Tips for Mindful Feng Shui Spaces

  • Sit and honestly observe your surrounding environment, while also observing your internal environment -your inner feng shui; notice your thoughts and emotions and how your body feels.

  • Get up from your computer and go for an ‘exchange of energy walk’. Simply changing the scenery will ‘spark’ more creativity.

  •  Success occurs when your environment is in sync with ‘you’. But do you know who your authentic self?

Individuals from factory workers to executives comment that when they are relaxed, peaceful, and less stressed:

1. Focus and concentration is easier; therefore, you are more productive

2. Responses are more thoughtful rather than reactive – on auto-pilot

3. Sleep patterns become more natural

4. Eating patterns are more mindful of food that provides energy

5. Relationships are more kind and compassionate
